Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter
• There are no restrictions on the winner's driver's license
• If you are the winner, the motorcycle must be picked up in-store
• The Winner can be from out-of-state
• All associated costs of Shipping are the responsibility of the winner & not Buckeye Shooting Center or Buckeye Charities
• If you are the winner and need the item shipped it would need to be coordinated with Finks Harley Davidson

Entry Period:

• The entry period for the motorcycle giveaway ends July 20th, 2024

How to Enter:

• Purchase a minimum of 1 Ticket to enter the promotion

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries at the conclusion of the entry period. To include Online & In Store Entries
• A Minimum of 1500 Tickets need to be sold: if the goal is not met, the promotion will be extended to a later specified date
• Presence during the drawing is not required to win
• If you are the winner, the motorcycle must be picked up in-store

Notification:

• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry
• The winner will be required to respond within 30 days of notification
• The winner must physically come to the location specified by the giveaway organizers for prize pickup

Prize:

• The prize is a 2022 Harley Davidson GreenPan America RS 1250

Taxes and Title:

• The winner is solely responsible for any and all tags, title & taxes associated with the prize, including federal, state, and local taxes
• The winner is responsible for any title and registration fees related to the motorcycle

Publicity Release:

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation

Disqualification:

• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these official rules or engages in misconduct during the Promotion. If this does happen, we will re-draw

Disclaimer of Liability:

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or to the winner while using the motorcycle & or any issues during the shipping process

Modification or Cancellation:

• The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances

Governing Law:

• This Promotion is governed by the laws of Ohio
